Also, I have videos on my profile showing this level and that the secret #2 despite being unlocked ("you've found a secret" pop up) DOESN'T count as I'm still at 2/3 secrets.Ĭould you please make a list of these 3 secrets so I can compare if we talk about the same ones ?Īs for the "26 crystals thing", Samuel Villarreal gave me the list of required crystals to unlock levels, I'm writing a complete walkthrough and so far, everything he gave me turned out to be accurate. The secret #2 works ?! Do you have it validated ? And what do you mean by "since the last patch" ? Right now, the version is 1.4.0, and NOT 1.4.1, my game is running as I'm typing this and I can confirm the game hasn't been patched since the 1th of August. If it doesn't work It will fùck my game up once again. I started the game all over again and I'm not planing on trying this without proof, no offense, but I don't want to hate this game by rebooting the game again.
Forsaken game bikes update#
Pairing this with the fact that it is summer and no big budget games are cannibalizing the submission process, we could see Forsaken greatly improved in a matter of weeks ! This may seems like a long time but Xbox one players waited a year and a half for a simple update of Gunscape !!!Īccording to Samuel Villarreal, one of the game developers, you need 26 crystals to get access to "The Pit" (as you can see on his Twitter feed). Assuming MS process started on Monday, we could see the update in 36 hours from now IN THE BEST CASE SCENARIO, again, entirely speculative.Īlso, the fact that V.1.4.1 is beta tested means that Nightdive Studios wants feedback for an eventual v.1.4.2 ! This means a lot to me because it shows that Forsaken won't be one of these games that gets abandoned immediately after release. Since it's a v.1.4.1 beta test, this means that the V.1.4.1 is already done, maybe even submitted to MS, the last update took 2 days to arrive. On Xbox one, the current version is the 1.4.0, the 3rd of August was a Saturday, assuming that the beta test lasted for the weekend, we could see the next update by this week or the next ! Now, about the update : This is entirely speculative but I came across a Tweet from Nightdive Studios that talks about a "v.1.4.1 beta test" starting on the 3rd of August.
Forsaken game bikes full#
I'm currently writing a full walkthrough for the game, I will post it once it's complete on this forum in a day or two. In one hand I've got 3 achievements than no one else can get (unless they use cheat codes as well), but in the other hand, I will probably have to restart the game entirely (I'm fine with that) to get the other achievements. The issue is that I do have 25 crystals and The pit is still inaccessible ! So, my advice is to leave the last two crystals where they are until the next update rolls out just in case.Īlso, as I felt like my game was doomed anyway, I tested out some cheat codes and I had access to the level "The pit". I have some news, I contacted someone who knows things and here what I got from him :Ĭrystals are the key to unlock bonus levels ! You need up to 25/26 crystals to unlock "The pit", the very last level. I'm not sure it's a bug : I can't find the last two gold bars in "Capsized Ship", beat the level, wander around for several minutes and couldn't find them. Also, the spikes don't seem to work 100% of the time. Will eventually reappear inside of the boundaries.
The Dreadnaught can be caught above the spikes and get forced out of the boundaries. The secret #2 of "Abandoned mine" doesn't seem to work anymore since the last update (I personally got it, but I can't replicate it anymore) It's an extra life located in the last corridor shaped like a "S", just before the very last room. The secret #2 of "Old Power Station" doesn't count as a secret. The eighth gold bar is missing from the first level When you re-load a save state, doors appear half-opened, the map is reset (showing the room you've visited before as "not visited yet") and some destructible walls appear new again but aren't interactive anymore. (for instance, level #3, #4 and #5 are visible on screen but your cursor is on the level #7 off screen) Can be fixed be going all the way up, and keep pressing "up" until the cursor matches the first level. The cursor in the level selection menu can get "de-sync", so your cursor won't appear on screen anymore. It gets fixed automatically when the PiP window closes down. When a PiP shows up (a small window on the left side of the screen, PiP means "Picture in Picture"), the head light of our ship get detached from the ship and the light is displayed in the PiP window, lighting up the area shown in the PiP window.
